TRAINING

Training is one of the most effective capacity building tools that development organisations have. It provides opportunities to acquire discrete skills in a short period of time, gain knowledge, and change attitudes and behaviour. In a rapidly changing working environment, it is essential that your staff keep up-to-date with the latest approaches and continually refresh their skills.

All ELD training programmes - both open courses and customised training - are founded on research into the real challenges faced by development staff and organisations. Our training materials are unique and continuously updated as our experience grows. ELD workshops are:

    • Simplify complex topics through clear explanations
