Mr. Neil Kendrick, Director / Facilitator
Neil Kendrick has a background in linguistics and educational management, and has conducted training courses in Nepal, Thailand, Laos and Kenya, as well as customized training programs in Pakistan, Cambodia, Rwanda, Indonesia, Sierra Leone, Afghanistan, Madagascar and the USA for clients such as Save the Children, UNFPA, OXFAM, USAID and the Inter-American Development Bank. Neil is also the author of ELD's publications 'Reporting Skills', 'Project Proposal Writing' and 'Case Study Writing'.
Mr. Uttam Uprety, Senior Advisor, South and South-East Asia / Facilitator
Uttam Uprety is a dynamic trainer, facilitator and researcher with 14 years' experience running ELD training courses. He holds two Masters degrees (Anthropology and Statistics) and has extensive experience in facilitation and training from community up to multilateral level. Uttam has conducted assignments in Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Vietnam, Indonesia and Kenya for partners such as Save the Children, UNDP, UNICEF and SNV. Courses he commonly leads include Reporting Skills and Proposal Writing, Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation, and Facilitation and Presentation Skills.
Mr. Bhola Dahal, Senior Advisor, Nepal / Facilitator
Since ELD's beginning in 2000 Mr. Bhola Dahal has been a strong supporter and valuable advisor. Formerly Program Coordinator (Education & Social Development) at the Embassy of Finland, Kathmandu, and Program Director at Save the Children Nepal, Mr. Dahal is currently Governance Advisor at the Royal Norwegian Embassy, Nepal.
Ms. Sezin Demircioglu, Fundraising Specialist / Facilitator
Ms. Demircioglu worked in fundraising for AFS-USA Inc. in New York before becoming Fundraising / Development Manager at Turkey's renowned Darussafaka Society, where she oversees development operations related to corporate, foundational and individual donations.
