WHO WE ARE

Some key members of the ELD team are:

Mr Neil Kendrick

ELD founder and director, Neil's experience includes a wide range of organisations on 3 continents. He founded ELD in 2000 and is responsible for most of its core courses, as well as being the author of Reporting Skills and Professional Writing (2007), Project Proposal Writing (2009) and Case Study Writing (2009). Based currently in the South of Turkey, Neil travels frequently on training assignments, most recently to Indonesia, Washington and Sierra Leone.

Mr Chuda Mani Adhikari

Chuda Mani Adhikari is an experienced administrator with a Masters in Business Administration. He has also worked as a community volunteer for Student Partnerships Worldwide Nepal. Now on sabbatical in the UK, Chuda Mani is an advisor for international volunteers at SPW UK and has also contributed his expertise to Plan International UK's Asia programme as a volunteer programme officer. He continues his oversight role as Nepal Country Manager, and is active in developing ELD's upcoming UK activities.

Mr Paul Reitman

Paul Reitman is a professional writer and communication skills trainer based at our Kathmandu office. Paul specialises in professional writing, presentation skills, and media production, as well as training organisations in media planning, promotion, marketing, and advertising. He has worked with organisations such as IBM and the World Bank, as well as working as a consultant for Microsoft and UNICEF. A skilled media productions specialist, he is also the founder of Phoenix Studios Nepal. He also leads workshops in Thailand on Reporting Skills and Professional Writing and Project Proposal Writing.

Mr Uttam Uprety

Uttam is one of the most experienced and respected trainers in Nepal, specialising in Facilitation Skills, PME, Project Planning, Proposal Writing and Reporting Skills. His assignments include both national and international organisations, and he is active for ELD in both Kathmandu (as Nepal Training Manager) and in Thailand, where he frequently leads workshops on Facilitation Skills, Project Proposal Writing and PME..
